Advanced fluid mechanics is divided in three courses : Hydrodynamic Instabilities (HI taught by Laurent Duchemin), Microfluidics (MIC taught by Nicolas Brémond) and Transport Phenomena (TP taught byMarc Fermigier).

Transport phenomena 2018

The course started today. The description of the two problems considered (thermal equilibrium of a flying honeybee, and growth of an ice cascade) are posted on the course page, as well as another document describing radiative heat transfer, to read for next monday.
