Remote activation of cell signaling using ultrasound featured on the cover of Nature Biomedical Engineering

We are delighted to share that our recent study on remote activation of cell signaling using ultrasound has been featured on the cover of the May 2025 issue of Nature Biomedical Engineering.

This collaborative research, conducted by Physics for Medicine Paris together with Emmanuel Farge’s team at the Curie Institute, highlights the potential of ultrasonic waves in regenerative medicine.

Congratulations to our former PhD student Laura Zamfirov, lead author of the paper, and to all the researchers involved in this project.

We also warmly thank Alexandre Dizeux for creating the striking artwork that illustrates the concept.
