My work is mainly experimental. Most of our meausrements are achieved using optical techniques.
We use classic Particle Image Velocimetry setups, with either 15Hz or 1kHz sampling rates.
We also use less conventional techniques, like volumetric velocimetry, real-time high frequency PIV, micro-PIV or high frequency Schlieren visualizations.
