We are looking for a reseacher assistant to do the following mission :
• Conduct protein characterization in the framework of R&D projects to contribute to the development of high therapeutic value medicines for patients, in compliance with safety rules and current quality standards,
• Develop, optimize and apply protein (e.g., mAbs, ADCs) characterization methods, mainly LC-MS based, and others (e.g., SDS-PAGE, cIEF, HIC, IEX, nDSF, SEC-UV-RI-MALS), to ensure the delivery of comprehensive, reliable and decisive protein information in a timely manner,
• Communicate methods and results internally (meetings, reports) and externally (reports, publications).

We are offering an exciting postdoctoral position at EHESP - École des hautes études en santé publique, France Exposome to develop a comprehensive and user-friendly automated pipeline for suspect (SS) and non-targeted screening (NTS) data processing using high-resolution mass spectrometry datasets. More specifically, the postdoc will contribute to develop a computational tool for HRMS data pre-processing and features annotation, e.g. inspired from the Workflow for Metabolomics W4M/Galaxy user friendly environment. This position is part of the European Partnership for the Assessment of Risks from Chemicals European Partnership for the Assessment of Risks from Chemicals (PARC) (#EU_PARC).
