The ExpoPFAS-ALIM project (Sorbonne University ) and ExpoMicropol (CNRS MITI) targets one of today’s biggest challenges:
➡️ Understanding dietary exposure to emerging PFAS and their transformation products
🧪 What you will do
Develop state-of-the-art LC-HRMS workflows (non-target / suspect screening)
Decode PFAS transformation pathways (digestion + organ-on-chip models)
Analyze complex food matrices (water, milk, eggs)
Integrate multi-omics + chemometrics + in silico modeling
Contribute to next-gen predictive toxicology frameworks
