Welcome to my webpage at ESPCI! I am a CNRS researcher at PMMH, ESPCI in Paris. I am physicist by training and interested in problems linking physics and hydrodynamics to  biology like cell mechanics, micro-organism locomotion or transport of complex particles at microscopic scales.

My research activities are focused on two main topics: cellular biophysics where we aim at understanding different cellular processes linked to mechanical properties of the cell and fluid-structure interaction at low Reynolds number where we are interested in the coupling between flow and flexible objects at small scales. I enjoy very much collaborating  with colleagues in physics and biology. As an experimentalist, I particularly appreciate working with numerical and theoretical physicists.

From 2021 to 2025, I was an elected member of the Section 05 of Comité National de la Recherche Scientifique (CoNRS) and member of its board. We were in charge of the evaluation of researchers’ scientific activity and proposing recommendations on requests related to their careers, the first phase of the recruitment of new CNRS researchers, the  assessment of unit projects according to the CNRS priority areas for scientific development and the analysis of the current scientific situation and the outlook for the future.

Since September 2025 I joined CNRS Physics as « Déléguée Scientifique » on Complex Matter (1.5 dayper week).

I was in charge of the course on micro-hydrodynamics in the Master II Microfluidics of IPGG from 2023 to 2025.

I used to be deeply involved in teaching at AIV Master (2012-2021), and to organize the weekly biophysics seminar joint between ESPCI and ENS (2013-2020). I was also member GDR Celltiss board (2015-2019).
