RENCONTRE DU NON-LINÉAIRE (RNL 2020) du 25 au 27 mars 2020 à Paris, Université Paris-Diderot

La Rencontre du Non-Linéaire rassemble tous les ans l’essentiel de la communauté francophone travaillant sur la dynamique non linéaire (hydrodynamique, optique, plasmas, mécanique, mathématiques appliquées, physico-chimie, biophysique, …).

La 23e Rencontre du Non Linéaire 2020 aura lieu les 25, 26 et 27 mars 2020 à l’Université Paris Diderot, à l’amphithéâtre Buffon, 15 rue Hélène Brion, Paris 13e.

The « Rencontre du Non-Linéaire (RNL)” gathers every year the French-speaking community working on nonlinear dynamics (hydrodynamics, optics, plasmas, mechanics, applied mathematics, physical chemistry, biophysics, dynamical systems, …).
The 23rd RNL 2020 will take place on March 25th, 26th and 27th, 2020 at the University Paris Diderot, in the amphitheater Buffon, 15 st. Hélène Brion, 75 013 Paris.

The satellite meeting, called mini-colloquium, will take place on March 25th, 2020 and will focus on “Geometry and elasticity ». He is organized by B. Roman (PMMH) and P. Reis (EPFL).

Topics : Workshop on origami-based robots – June 4, 2020 – IEEE ICRA Conference
The largest robotics meeting in the world will welcome a one-day workshop on origami-based robots on June 4, 2020 in Paris.

The workshop will be a unique chance to introduce in-depth discussions on origami-based design into IEEE ICRA conference. To stimulate exchanges, several communities will be gathered from the fields of micro-nano robotics, mechanism design and also soft robotics. Call for contributions for oral presentation or poster
We are pleased to inform you of the opening of the call for papers for the next Condensed Matter Days (Journées de la Matière Condensée), which will be held in Rennes from August 24 to 28.

The success of this conference makes it the largest French congress of condensed matter physics with more than 600 participants. As in every edition, the condensed matter community is mobilized around mini-symposia which represent a wide range of the richness of its themes, in addition to plenary and semi-plenary conferences and round tables (equal opportunities and scientific integrity).

You are invited to submit an abstract of your research activities to one of the mini-seminars for an oral presentation or a poster presentation.
